We look forward to your arrival! NGO String of Love organizes a Volunteer Course for new volunteers of the organization. The goal of the Course is to aware volunteers about the situation of poverty in Tanzania and in Croatia, but a much more. At the Course, volunteers have the opportunity to get acquainted with African culture and the Swahili language and prepare for all the possible challenges and that could be expected in Tanzania in Africa if they decide for volunteering outside of Croatia. For those who still want to contribute to the work of our association in Croatia at a Volunteer course, they can attend a workshop for children from alternative care in Zagreb and volunteer in Centers in Tuškanc and Dubrava. At a Volunteer course, volunteers will also have the opportunity to meet and participate actively with other project of organizations (Kumstvo, Putuj I čini dobro, Afrički trbuščići). However, if you want to volunteer in Tanzania or Croatia, you will have the opportunity to be educated about working with children from alternative care, learn how to organize cultural events and volunteer actions, get acquainted with financing and design of a project and have the opportunity to implement your project but also learn to create media content.
