As the new academic year began, enrollments in high schools and colleges in Tanzania began. Since tuition fees at higher levels of education range up to 1,000 euros, very few young people have the opportunity to enroll in college. Because of high school fees, almost all of our students have several godparents, in order to spread the cost. In the project GODPARENTS we encourage children with fewer opportunities, mostly orphans. Growing up without parents, in a house with a straw roof and a dirt floor, and daily hard work are the everyday life of our residents. Enrollment in the desired faculty can change all that. Help them to pick up books instead of potatoes! We believe that you can give such young men and women a helping hand and hope for a better future.
