Our Association "Kolajna ljubavi" has signed a contract with the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs for a new project called WWW - Wonderful World of Women, which will improve the quality of life of women and children with disabilities in Tanzania and Kenya. On September 3, 2021, at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, we signed a new project called WWW - Wonderful World of Women. The aim of this project is to improve the status of poor girls in Kenya and Tanzania and to improve the quality of life of girls and children with disabilities. This project will provide support and education to poor girls, increase their access to education, provide funding and business development for poor girls after education. In addition, the project will economically empower the households of poor girls and provide better living conditions for girls with physical disabilities through medical, technical and educational solutions. In this way, awareness of gender equality, human rights and positive examples of democratic transition will increase. The project will carry out the following activities: selecting poor girls, supporting the poor, conducting community workshops, economic empowerment of poor girls 'families, forming and strengthening a girls' club and hiring coordinators. The beneficiaries of this project are twenty poor girls and children with disabilities. The total budget of the project is 298,000 HRK, and it will last from September 2021 to March 2023.
